Focused on fashion, culture, services and dining, VillageMall clients will find both consecrated luxury market domestic and international brands.  For leisure activities there is a 1,060 seat theater for large shows, four VIP cinema viewing rooms, a 1,560 m² area for events and a gourmet dining area with a terrace facing the Lagoa da Tijuca. It was inaugurated on December 4, 2012.

The project features 8,000 m² glass skylights and atriums that allow the structure to take full advantage of natural light. In 2011 VillageMall was awarded the VIII Grand Prize for Corporate Architecture and an Honorable Mention award in the commercial building plan category. In 2014 it received an award for the best Development and Design: New and Sustainable Developments, from the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Located in one of the Barra da Tijuca’s most sophisticated areas, the mall is a strong complement to the complex that already includes BarraShopping, New York City Center and the Centro Empresarial BarraShopping.
