The architectural plan for the Patio Savassi development transforms the site into a large neighborhood square, with outdoor meeting areas, gardens, cafés, restaurants and an amphitheater. It is an example of successful integration with the streets surrounding Savassi, a neighborhood known for its high consumer potential.

Acquired by Multiplan in 2007, the development's sales and revenues are on the rise. In view of future expansions, the company purchased two lots that together total more than 3,000 m² and continues to prospect for land in areas neighboring the mall. The project went through the second phase of its second expansion and gained an additional 2,000 m² in current Gross Leasable Area (GLA).

Patio Savassi has brought a mix of well-known brands to the city and has many different operations in the premium fashion segment, since it is considered to be a premier location. In addition, the amphitheater’s busy schedule has transformed the mall into a reference point for culture as well.
